If you haven't already done so, check out this article from AOL News. It is very interesting. I, personally, am for this. I think it would free up jail space, create more tax money, and would lower criminal cases that have to be strung through the court system that is already overworked and underfunded. Sounds like a win-win to me. Can't wait for Kansas to follow suit.
